if my car has an AMG performance exhaust system in it or not ,, how do I figure it out if my car has it and is it a must have feature when u pay for the AMG performance exhaust system

If it were me, I'd want what I ordered and was agreed on, and wouldn't take anything less.

mine is the one on the left and the right page for a different car you'll see it says selectable
the most important thing for me is how to know the difference between the stock exhaust and the performance one cuz i don't want to get ripped off

As others said there should be a exhaust button where your power button is. Cars with the PE button toggle the power by pushing the knob. I would guess they messed up. Maybe it's just missing the button? (my 17 came with power folding mirrors but did not have the button. I had to have it installed at the dealer)
If your car does have the PE you'll notice while in S+ as it automatically opens the flaps.

Don't be confused. It's very simple. When you get to see the car tomorrow, check out the exhaust in the back of the car. Just kneel down and look underneath. If you have the Performance Exhaust you should see the actuators connected to your rear mufflers:
You don't see them you don't have performance exhaust.
You don't see them you don't have performance exhaust.

but are u sure about that because if the actuators were not connected to my mufflers I won't except the car since i paid for the PR exhaust
and is there any other way to tell if mine is stock or PR exhaust

They are either lying to you or they are ignorant. The car in the pic does not have PE.

You can tell whether or not it's a PE by just driving it (or test driving, if you haven't accepted the car yet). Cars with PE will pop and crackle pretty loudly in Sports + when you're doing some spirited driving. The fact that you don't have the actual button tells me that your car doesn't have it... kinda defeats the purpose of a valve controlled exhaust if you can't open/close the value.

^, it's too late to get one now, just go for an aftermarket exhaust. There are many good ones out there that can match the OEM PE Exhaust.
Just make sure to get your money back if you paid for it but they most likely didn't charge you as the code is incorrect.
