I had to replace my passenger rear tire because it blew out, should I replace my driver side rear tire even though it's fine? I'm afraid that the uneven wear will cause a problem. (There's 6k mile difference between the tires)

Also wondering since my car is 4-wheel drive, can I move my rear tires to the front and vise versa? Went to a tire shop and they told me I can only rotate side-to-side.

I replaced both rears because I went from Dunlop to Michelin at roughly the same mileage as you. If you really fill the need, go for it. If your getting the same tyre and the remaining depth of tread is near enough the same, them there's really no need to do both. The tyre shop is right. You've got staggered tyres, you can't mount the front on the rears and vice versa.
