Navigation map inside upgraded instrument cluster
 

Good evening! Just picked up my 2019 C43 on monday! Amazing car cant wait to finish breaking it in so i can really start having fun with it

My question is i got the upgraded instrument cluster where it is a customisable screen. I have the audio 20 option with SD pre wiring. I purchased i legit copy of the SD card from my dealer as part of the deal. When playing with the instrument cluster i see that the menu all the way to the right you can change the sub menus but cant seem to change the main menu of what it is itself.

A) is that adjustable to change the main menu.

B) can you add the navi map to the instrument cluster like ive seen on some audi

When reading the manual it says that the one of the things you should be able to see and change is the navigation but i dont see that option anywhere...

Any help would be welcome!

I have a 19 C43 with the MB Nav on an SD card, but I'm not sure what you're asking about changing. You can get the Nav to display in the center of the digital instrument cluster if you also have that. So let us know what else it is you are trying to change. The Nav directions can also be displayed on the HUD unit.

@Tirgoman on the digital insturment cluster the right side tachometer can be changed to different things. Is there a way that it can have a map put in the tachometer spot since you can change it to a bunch of other things just not navi map or phone stuff... Its almost like theres a preset 5 displays you can put in there. As per the manual navigation i thought was one of them but i cant get it in there.

While searching for something else, I saw your post. Hit the home button on the left side of the steering wheel and an app switcher shows up. With the Classic and Sport Dash, you can put the nav in the center. With the SuperSport Dash, you can put the Nav in the Left side.

A gripe for me is I dont have nav or pre-wire, but the choice is still there. It says "Loading" and never does anything else. I was hoping for a little CarPlay love in there.

I also noticed that the thumbnail image for music just shows the default image versus what the center screen is showing for radio station thumbnails. Sure, MP3 and Media music show the thumbnail, but no luck on the radio. Anyone else?
