What are you paying? (Lease)
So we had a deal finalized with a dealer here in MA but after 15 days of waiting, no car! My deal on the table was $664 a month with Maintenace/Excessive Wear and Tear. Looking to see what other members have been paying for their 2019s!

This thread is for insight for me haha.
Taxes are 3% and it was included. I was apparently getting "employee pricing" and MF was the .00134 according to Edmunds.

wow guess i got ripped off. Paying 800/month with 6000 down. 12,000 miles a year. MSRP was 71,000 minus 11%off with half a basis point over MF. Numbers added up correctly to 800.00 a month.

Wow really? Is that a 2019? I feel like numbers were terrible when the C43 originally came out.
I got another dealer at 2100 down at 686 but they are jacking up the MF by 2% so will have to talk to them tomorrow to bring it back down to .00145 and get the deal done!

Want to make sure I'm understanding correctly - please adjust my math if it's wrong.
Car's MSRP: $71000
Car after discount of 11%: 63000
Residual: $42000
Total Leased Amount: $21000 (Car after discount - Residual).
Due on Delivery: $6000
Total Leased Amount minus Due on Delivery: $15000
$15000 / 36 = $420 per month.
You said you're paying $800 a month? That seems really high given how high the residual of the car is. So you're paying $380 interest per month? I'm guessing you must have gotten some protection packages. Even so, I don't imagine them costing more than $80 a month in total. What's going on. This almost seems fraudulent...

I think my mf was kinda high. .0017ish on MF
I pretty much put around $6000 down
3433 went to the cap cost reduction the other went to aqu fee firsts months payment ect ect
63200 was the price
+2200 for maint service (got shafted)
-3400 down payment
adjusted cap is now 62,000
residual is 41890
difference is 20155
rent charge for 36 months is 6700
total I owe is now 26853/36= 745.92 plus tax 54.08 = 800.00
does that seem bad?

I've learned my lesson the hard way as well in the past. From personal observation, the bulk of people who end up with killer deals on these cars find ways to stack discounts and buy when the interest rates are low. For example, loyalty credit automatically gives you a 1% rate reduction here in Canada. If you take in to account all of these things, sometimes people end up with crazy good deals.
