And as I mentioned my second W205 (US built) was flawless...

I do have some concern about where the car is assembled. There are local and cultural differences as it relates to quality work, attention to detail, and and overall work ethic. Call it stereotyping if you want, but there are some general truths about how workers from one country to the next and one culture to the next actually go about their jobs.

I removed several posts after the point the thread appeared to be derailed. It is purely a subjective guess, I probably missed some that should have been deleted and a few that should not, sorry.
Please keep you comments on topic and do not use to personal insults to argue your point. Take the politics to the Off Topic Political forum. Thank you.

So Bob, I totally agree but why is there even an off topic political post location anyway, I'm all about free speech but this site is not the place for it, if it doesn't relate to MB, take it somewhere else.

Thank you for the question.
I feel it is part of being a community to allow discussion and debate on topics other than automotive.
On one hand no one has to visit the political forum as it is separate from the Off Topic forum. On the other hand, not to a point where it is embarrassing to the community. We should review its place in light of today's political climate and changing culture. Please open a new thread in the Feedback forum to ask how the community feels about the topic.
