Does anyone else have this problem? Once in a while when starting from a stop sign or a red light and applying light acceleration, the car is very rough. It sort of bucks back and forth as it moves across the intersection until ease up and then give it enough gas to overcome it. It almost feels like a new driver learning how to drive stick and not able to engage first gear all the way. Anyone else have this? Happens equally when car is warmed up or cold.

Had it happen to me once in Sport + mode only.

The issue is more to do with learning how to regulate the accelerator pedal when in this mode. There was another thread on this, but I cant seem to find it.

This happens only when my gf drives the car in sport + mode as she is nervous with taking the car to speed. As long as youre firm and consistent with the pedal, you won't encounter this issue

I get this in every drive mode when I don't depress the pedal with enough authority. I.e. low speed/neighborhood driving. It's the car asserting itself

It seems to be driver error, as I have recalled reading in another post. Basically, in sport+ you got to be all or nothing on the gas. This sounds similar to what we called "shuddering" in the Audi RS4 world, albeit with manuals. The gearing is so small that you cannot hesitate or it causes a very erratic jerking. Never had it on my 5 speeds as the gearling was taller. I haven't experienced it yet with the 43, since I am still in break in. Hopefully, lessons learned with other (manual) cars will help me out a bit.
