Diamond-stitch seats
I was playing around on the mbusa website doing a 2019 C43 Cabrio build. I don’t see the option for the diamond-stitched seats. What am I not understanding?

Can't help you out there, but I see in your signature that you own/owned a 66 L79 Vette. The first new car I bought was a 66 L79 Milano Maroon coupe w/side exhaust. Loved that car and the sound of the side exhaust.

Two things:
1 - mercedes benz's website leaves a lot to be desired.

As has been written, you really need to talk to your SA about all the options you can get.
If your SA is very knowledgeable, you'll be in good hands.

I love the side exhaust sound. Sounds as good to my ears as the GTS.
