TPMS Not Reading?

So I put new wheels on wife's car but one of the TPMS isn't reading. It says 0 PSI but all the other three are working fine. They are aftermarket TPMS but I assume the battery might be dead or faulty. Is there another way to "wake up" a TPMS by any chance?

No, either dead battery or bad sensor.

Damn that is what I thought... I thought it saying Zero PSI might be something else. I thought a dead battery or faulty one would say "Not Active"

There are developments underway that promise battery-less sensors in the future. Can't come too soon.

To me it shows like it is not working properly because it is sending a PSI = 0. If it was a dead battery or anything, then it would say, No TPMS found.
