Squeaky Brakes on 2019 C43 AMG Sedan

I recently purchased a 2019 C43 AMG Sedan from Viti Mercedes in RI. After not driving the car for the first couple weeks, a couple weeks later when I started driving the car regularly I heard the brakes squeaking when coming to a stop 10-12 mph to 0.

They came to pick up my car, replaced the front pads/rotors/shims and the issue was still there as soon as they brought the car back.

They picked up the car a few days later, replaced the rear pads/rotors/shims and the problem went away for a couple weeks.

It has now been almost a month since then and the problem has persisted.

They have continuously told me that they have reached out to corporate about a potential fix as it is a known issue but I'm not paying all of this money for a new car with under 2000 miles to deal with squeaky brakes for the first full year of ownership.

Any suggestions on what to do? Should I try going to another dealer to have the issue fixed? I'm pretty close to getting out of my lease to go back to BMW and get a M340i when it comes out.

I know it doesn't help, but just for reference my 2019 sedan is quiet as can be. I had only driven it a couple times before April since taking delivery in January. Now driving everyday, but no squeaks to be heard.
