I was talking to a MBZ salesman yesterday that told me the Designo (diamond stitched style) seats are not an option in 2019. Is that true?

In the US, the only way I think you can get it is in the cabriolet and it has to be red Nappa leather.
It’s no longer offered on the sedan and coupe.

That’s perfect for us, if true. We’re be looking for a cabrio with cranberry leather. The car will be for my wife and she likes the Designo look.

Cranberry and red nappa are two very different looks.

I actually do know they're different, but wasn't thinking about it. (our GTS has red, not cranberry interior) I have seen designo in cranberry on some 2018s, but not in red. We prefer the red anyway, so that could be fine.
