Updating this thing.

Went back to factory airboxes. Threw in some drop in filters and playing with cutting the BMS pipes and connecting the factory snorkel with a silicon tube (I will probably just sell the BMS intake as a whole though). Car just feels smoother and better in this Florida heat with the OEM airboxes.

Pretty much done modding at tis point. Just gonna drive it and enjoy. I'll sport the factory wheels at some point to get some mileage out of the tires. I also added some CF trim handle covers at some point since the last post. Only chrome left are the actual MB Stars front and rear.

[QUOTE=alexasa;7760581]Grille blackout this evening and window tint tomorrow.

Purchased a 19 c43 as well last week. Same color as your car. How do you plan about blacking out the grill?! With a wrap?

I'm glad to see you left the wheel color as is - I like the contrast with the rest of your car being blacked out. Still on the fence re de-badging...but it's growing on me...

Just throwing this photo in here. I've ordered Lamin-x headlight tint to match that of the C63 which seems to be factory tinted depending on options specced. Should be a nice look while providing some protection.

C43 dechrome

Got this done last week. All wrap apart from the grill which had to be sprayed. Happy with quality/look. Let me know what you think/any questions. Cheers.

10/2 - finished a multi day detail with iron-x, clay bar, compounding, polishing, sealing and waxing. Wheels and brake calipers were also detailed. Front end is salted with very tiny chips all over as well as larger chips with just under 20k miles on the clock - panels are mostly aluminum so not concerned considered it's a lease. About half way through the term now and likely won't put this much effort into the paint again - just regular washes and spray wax on drying.

New tires mounted to wheels, same spec as previously.

going on 39th month of leasing right now. Just had rear brakes done at 37k - I went full term without doing brakes on my c450 (45k miles). Maybe simply due to difference in rear bias and the torque braking. had the center console touch pad replaced - it had fractures in the plastic - other than that literally no issues with the car.

Have been lowered on KW HAS for 30k+ miles - no issues.

Have an order in for w206 c43 with build date of october.

The only thing I would tell people is CHANGE YOUR WHEELS AND TIRES. after being back on stock wheels and tires - the difference with light weight flow formed wheels with good HPS tires is incredible.

I will have KW HAS springs for sale later this week. I also have a few other items like the rear flics and air filters that I'd be willing to sell off separately if there is any interest.

I still have the TSW wheels but would only let those go locally. Tampa, FL area.

Springs are off - will let them go for $750 shipped.

Car feels absolutely awful without them. So surprised at how floaty the car is. Confidence level stock is about a 6 on stock tires/suspension - with UHP summer tires and the springs it goes to an 8.5 maybe even 9.
