Hard Shifts on a Cold Transmission?

Does anyone else have the issue of the transmission shifting very roughly when both engine and transmission oils are not up to temp? Might be a stupid question
Note that I’ve had a previous transmission issue where the car was low on 3 and a half quarts of transmission fluid from the factory. (MB inspected the trans and said there was no damage).
Is anyone else having this issue or should I take the car back? And yes I’m in comfort mode, shifting at low RPM’s when this is happening.

Yep, I've experienced some spine-shattering shifts in the same conditions (before all fluids are at normal operating temperature).

I'm driving the car normally under those conditions, too. I don't push it until oil and transmission temperatures switch from "blue" to "white."
