FS: Upgrade LPFP & Rail

Hi all,

Martin Tuning LPFP: $600
E85 Compatible Fuel Rail: $200

I have a used upgraded LPFP and a brand new upgraded fuel rail for sale. Both, from my understanding, will be required to run full E85, and I can only recommend the LPFP for any tuned car especially those running e85 blends or looking at upgrading HPFP.

The LPFP is produced by MartinTuning. I noticed an instant improvement to fueling, idling, and consistently faster 0-60's on e85 blends. Ultimately you need to upgrade the HPFP (SpoolPerformance makes an awesome pump and is what helped Jeff get the car into the 10's) to completely remove fuel drops, however, a LPFP will be needed to run thicker ethanol blends and support the HP pump. The LPFP uses OEM parts and the build quality was great. Installation is extremely simple and no adjustment to the ecu is required. It's also untraceable to my knowledge. I'll include the $150 tool that gives you easy access to the tank for free.

The fuel rail is from SpoolPerformance. It's essentially an OEM rail that has been altered to allow high fuel flow. The OEM fuel rail is insanely restrictive. This is 100% brand new and will be required for full E85.

Why are you selling? Did you have the HPFP too?

Install is super easy. Takes about 15 minutes and it's plug and play. You do deal with fuel so should take some precautions in that sense.

I did have the HPFP which I've already parted ways with. I went with the FX-180 and hit about E40 on it and saw absolutely no drop in fuel pressure, at all. Especially from 3rd-4th and 4th-5th the car is much faster. SpoolPerformance and MartinTuning both have the best customer service I've dealt with in this industry and I highly recommend their products.

Ultimately, the C43 (which I love) is likely going to my partner and I'll be looking at a new vehicle. She does not need or want a car that hits low 3's and as recently shown, 10's in the quarter-mile (on "only" E40 too). So my decision to part out the performance parts on the C43 has nothing to do with it not meeting my expectations. I think it's an incredible car and an incredible bargain for what you get. No car provides that luxury and performance at that price point. I think once turbos get dialed in the car will be even crazier (upgraded turbos shouldnt really be harder on the engine as they'll keep torque at same levels but maintain it through higher rpm's and no issue now that fueling is getting sorted).

So we're you able to run straight E85 when you had it all installed?

I did not run full e85 on it as I never got that far, but others have. However, to be tuned for E85 (as opposed to running e85 on a stock or lower power tune) is where you would need the upgraded fuel rail, as a E85 tune or eventually turbos would require a greater quantity of fuel to make the power. At least this is my understanding and what I was told. As you can see the fuel rail is brand new, never used, so I never got to that step. I ran E40-E50 and had absolutely no fuel pressure drop so there was plenty of headroom still, but the stock bore size of the fuel rail is absolutely tiny. Obviously, I'd double-check with your tuner as E85 is still completely new on this platform and perhaps things have changed

I had someone reach out to me regarding these so I thought I'd bump for visibility. Both still for sale!
