For the 2016 C-Class. If you live in USA, yes. If you live in Canada, no.
If you live in the USA, you get it in the form of mBrace connect. You need to subscribe to this so contact your local dealership for details.

From what i know, remote start was introduced in 2017.. not sure.

Yes, if you download the Mercedes Me app and set up through the car help button up by moonroof button. Its a yearly fee thats not too bad and you can start, lock and unlock the car from anywhere through the app. Remote start only works if youve got at least 5 gallons of gas in the car btw. You can also locate the car, set up alerts as to how far away the car goes etc etc. Its pretty cool. It also tells you the engine and interior cabin temps as well, so you know when its good to go get into it lol. I have the 2016 C450 and it works great
