Nope. The only way to add CarPlay is via an aftermarket hardware retrofit.

CarPlay didn't come out until 2014 and the W205 was released in 2015, so it wasn't even a consideration during the development of the W205. MB started offering CarPlay with select new 2016 models such as the W213. The W205 got CarPlay starting with the 2018 models, but it was a separate system not compatible with COMAND. You either had to option COMAND or the Smartphone interface. Full CarPlay support didn't come until the 2019 FL models as part of the upgrade to COMAND NTG 5.5.

I have the CarPlay kit installed from MBHouse. It was a bit pricier than others but I chose it since it uses an added Aux input that retains the factory mic for your phone. It also supports wireless CarPlay even though they don't advertise it as such.
