Radio + other options not working or displaying
2018 C43 W205 having an issue and I have read through like problems here and none correspond to mine. But I did do the 10 sec compress on CD eject button – nothing.
I turned off the radio (Burmeister system) by using the ‘roller’ dial button on the console – simple push and off. Went to turn it on about 2 minutes later and it wouldn’t, no sound no screen display. Tried dashboard button too – nothing also if I pick NAVI or Media, but if I backup the camera displays rear view fine and if I change anything on the temp it will display the bar with cabin temp etc. appearing as it does when working at the very bottom of the monitor. . So the monitor can display but not with all options.
So, has anyone gone through a similar thing? What is going on?

I thinlk you have inadvertently hit the power button just below the volume wheel thingy. Must be it if your screen still works for reverse camera. Just push start button twice with no foot on brake.. when in ignition mode..push and or hold power button for multimedia it should fire up.
