E63 out in June ... in N/A form. ---> never heard of this

CLK63 & CLS63 in autumn. ---> 90%

C class gets detuned version with 450bhp in 2007.
---> 450hp? (CLK63 is 481hp, CLS63 is 508hp), first time I heard
C63 has more than 420hp. 450hp if not my ****, that is a great news if C63 priced the same as before.

6.3 motor will get mild boost turbo version "Hammer I" (571bhp / 664lbft) and higher pressure turbo version "Hammer II" (707bhp / 885lbft - limited to 737lbft in first and second to save tranny).

SL & S class remain with the old V8 and V12 ... for now.
---> No SL63 ?? Though CLS63 and SL63 will both launch in 2006?

So blowers are toast ... but turbo's will continue.

From what I've heard, AMG will trim down their engine types into two models:
6.3 NA and 6.0 biturbo. And thats it.
ML, C, E, CLK, SLK and CLS will get their 6.3 NA (with various hp), and S, CL, SL will utilize their 6.0 biturbo, again with various hp.
Of course companies like Brabus, Kleemann, Renntech etc most likely will continue to construct their own supercharger or biturbo for the 6.3 NA engines. Now that I can't wait to see the figures.

let's hope the 6.2 l is electronically restricted . pop an aftermarket chip in- liberate the 514 hp and hang on for one sweet ride courtesy of high rpm power and a close ratio 7 speed.

can't figure why would they bring the clk coupe....maybe they will when the e90 m3 debuts???
