Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz: Servicing a C63 AMG
A corporate demo. Did a small test drive and it's everything that I thought it would be. It is Palladium Silver. Stunning. Pictures are on the way
EDIT: Here they are:

Thanks for the photos! Can you please elaborate on the test drive though?

These demos are Corporate own vehicles. Corporate uses these for shows, events, tests, training, and just for plain fun. Corporate has a warehouse nearby, and being that Ray Catena is #1 largest in the Northeast, and #2 in the country, they service most, if not all their demos.

Did not even realize there are 2 of them. The Palladium Silver one above and another Steel Grey one in their exotic car garage bay. Steel Grey looks amazing

someone's gotta say it: that car has the sappiest rear-end treatment i've seen in a long time. how could MB get the front so right, the sides so edgy, and then completely drop the ball on the taillights/decklid/bumper? save for the tailpipes, the car has about as much impact as a neutered cat when seen from the rear.
really, they could've/should've done better.
just my $.02
the rest of the car looks terrific, btw.

They should have added the wider fender like the Brabus Bullet. But the best part of the car to me is the rear its the sound. Every video I watch I am just amazed this thing sounds so good. I just hope they don't tone it down for the US version.

Looks good. But I just noticed the huge orange side marker on the front fender. They look a bit akward but I guest that's the US spec that they all will come with.

It sounds a little less quiet than the CLK63 Black Series. Rest assured, the C63 absolutely rumbles
I was too busy today to go and grab pictures of the Steel Grey C63, so presumably that it is still there tomorrow, I will grab some pictures.

that brabus rear fender is definitely a big improvement, notwithstanding the "wispy" look of the upturned taillights -- just when we thought it couldn't get any lamer/more pussified than the CL's taillights...
what kind of color is that on the brabus, flat black? looks really cool.

Per the AMG press release of February 25, 2008 at the press event at the Firebird Raceway in Paradise Valley, AZ, " The exterior of the C63 AMG departs from other C-Class models with a unique hood (with power domes), widened front fenders, and a special front fascia and other bodoy components not shared with any C-Class model".
