in california , lets say you get a fix it ticket , then you go to the cop to get it signed off it cant be taped on or zipped tie , it has to be drilled and bolted on .

I'm thinking of getting one of these. Just need to find a good mounting spot under the front lip. The best would be if you could find a 12v source to flip the plate up when you turn your car off. Up while parked, down while driving.

I was skeptical about drilling holes on my bumper also... Its not required in FL but i did it for the looks and i have no complaints
