Is this true?
When I purchased my C63, I signed a paper that prohibits me from exporting the vehicle out of the states for 2 years. How do they know if the car was exported or not? Anyone had a similar experience?
Thanks

Looking for a new toy.
It's a game MB plays to protect other markets - since U.S. market cars are less expensive than anywhere else in the world you can buy them, they use this little tactic to put a lid on prospective import buyers from other countries, especially us Canucks to the north *L*. Although with the Canadian dollar tanking lately, our Can$63500 cars are now probably cheaper than US$59000 models.

When I bought my AMG, BMW made me sign an agreement not to torch teenage M3 drivers with my car. In return they promise to tell me when the new "M" X5 would be coming out ahead of time.

It was only one year in the past. But the funny thing is that if you wanted to, you could just take factory delivery and never import the car to the US.

LOL, those prices are cheap, in Denmark a C63 is about €250.000, then again, the Danish 200% car tariff along with 68% income tax is needed for a socialist contry of 5,4 million to support a royal family and explains why most people have transportation that is questionable by third world standards.

Now that I have Read it its not any better than my X5 4.8is!!
I have 20" wheels with 315s in the back It has 19s with 285'!
It doesnt look any better than my X5 4.8is and it would cost me
better than $40k to get it
It doesnt even talk about the HP the X5 4.8is has 365.
I dont know Looks Like I will keep it and wait for the ML AMG to
hit 600hp
