Rear fender pieces
 

I dont think my C63 came with these. Ill need to check again tomorrow but does everyone have these? What are they for?

I cant imagine they forgot to put them on my car, but if so im calling to get them.

My car has nothing tacked on to any of the fenders.

I think it was a European model thing, I remember only seeing those pieces on the euro models, I beleive there is a thread here about six months ago that someone found the part numbers for them.

Those Wheel-Well add ons are for the EU and their DOT regulations for the amount of tire protrusion (beyond the fender) in the rear.

As seen in the attached photo, they add just enough extra width to the fender (6-7 mm) to pass the reg.

Hey Barry, do you think we can find the part numbers for those, that picture you posted makes the car look a little more "FAT"

I dunno why, but they don't really do anything for me.

You can get them off ebay in CF or ABS, then just paint them or whatever.

ABS was 140 and CF was 200 or something. I got a pair, just haven't had them painted yet, and I bargained with the seller.
