MERCEDES BUSINESS HAS NO CLUE ??????
i had recently decided to black out all my emblems so i had ordered all new emblems . i got all the emblems in except for the trunk star . i had been waiting for a week , so i decided i would call to check on the order . the company is called mercedesbenzwheel (motordirect) . they had sent me an email about a week and a half ago that they needed the year and model of my car which was on the order form . i responded within 5 minutes of getting their email with the info they needed . i called about 5 minutes ago and spoke to a guy that said he never got my email . i proceeded to tell him what year and model i had " '09 c63 amg " . he then repeated the order to me " 08 c63 omg " . i said " no sir , it's an '09 " . he then said , " oh sorry , '09 c63 omg " . i thought he had messed up on what he said the first time with the " omg " part . he then said it again as he was typing " '09 c63 omg " . i then told him " it's an amg " . he said " ohhhh , it's an amg . let me fix the order " . i then asked him if they just sold mercedes parts . he said " no , we also sell bmw parts " . i hung up the phone . i called back about 2 minutes later to cancel the order . i feel sorry for all the people that order through this company . i was scared to see what they would have sent me . i will just go to the dealer to get it . customer services at it's best !
