Thanks for the info, guys!! I checked with my mechanic and they laughed at the $4,000 price. It's great when dealer service reps work on commission.

For the road use and one or two time in the year on the nordschleife what you will advice as the OEM is really too expensive?

What brand and model of rotor and pads?

RacingBrake offers light weight two piece rotors for 07+ C63's for 1,495.00
with street performance brake pads included.

Rotors may be able to get resurfaced depending on the thickness,
seems like that are charging you more for labor than parts.
