Burning smell?
 

Hello everyone..

First of all, MERRY XMAS! Hope everyone is enjoying the Xmas season.

I have been smelling quite a bit of burning smell from my 09 c63 for the past 3 days .. Somewhat smell like burnt plastic.. or a soldering iron if you know what it smells like..

Probably going to take it to dealer on 27th once they are back working. But in the mean time, I am wondering if anyone else have had the same issue? It differs significantly than the usual.. performance car smell .. LOL

check underneath the car it might be plastic bag that got stuck on the
exhaust system

This might sound stupid but just check the proximity of the difuser to the exhaust. Also, as noted, check further down exhaust pipe from rear and look for any debris...
