Pulling to the left is a significant safety defect since uncorrected, it will eventually put you into oncoming traffic. Mine drifted left from new, even on heavily crowned roads. First, the dealer aligned it for a modest improvement, but it still drifted to the left. I then had adjustable caster bolts installed under warranty. These have to be approved "from above" so you will need to make a case for them with your SA.

I've had two adjustable caster bolts and one adjustable camber bolt installed in two separate sessions and the car aligned a total of three times. The settings for the front wheels are currently within spec, but at opposite ends of the specified range...the alignment tech tweaked the settings to induce a "canceling" rightward bias. It's not perfect but close enough.

The first step is to demand an alignment if you haven't already. If that doesn't/didn't solve the problem then get the installation of the caster bolts approved. Chances are good that will solve the problem.

Steel Grey Metallic C63!!
I would check all 4 tires pressure. It could be the quickest and simplest solution to your problem.

I had a similar problem, but only after putting on a set of new tires up front and it ended up being radial pull. A new tire on the side of drift solved it. But as reccomended above, I would first ask for an alignment.

Interesting. My car pulls left also and I figured I just needed an alignment but perhaps it's a caster bolt issue? I'll get an alignment from the dealer and go from there...

thanks for the input, heres the full story

my dealer has changed both castor bolts and swoped the fronth tyres.
having trying for 2 days on the alignment machine i think they gave up on me.
now they say i can take it to an independant tyre and alignment co like tiger wheel or some bs like that, to see if they cant sort out for me.

my dealer says its normal beacause the roads are "banked" differently in germany.
its sound like horse **** to me.
they say the car is built for right hand side roads.

what you guys think

.
You said you are in Germany so that means you drive on the left side or is that the Brits? If so, then a slight drift to the left is correct because of crowning for water runoff.

Sounds like BS to me. Germany = same as US so pulling to LEFT would be a safety issue, hard to believe it was built LHD and set up to drift left toward oncoming traffic!!
Even more strange is why they are sending you to an independent wheel/suspension shop?? Are you still under MB warranty?? If so perhaps their plan is to get you to an independent to limit your options down the track if the independent can't sort it out i.e. you go to the independent and they make a few adjustments whatever but not solve the problem then MB will be able to legitimately claim that you had non MB dealer do work thus the problem no longer covered under warranty. Personally I would be looking for another MB dealer if you are still under warranty, take them for a drive/let them drive it...have them replace the entire front end if necessary...whatever...just sort it out.

I should have my last alignment spec sheet lying around somewhere - I can PM you the #s and perhaps that's a useful starting point for your shop.

Just picked up my 2013 last week and noticed that it is drifting ever so slightly to the left. Off to the dealer... Has this ever been resolved?

Interesting from my experience after a perfect alignment C63 will always pull slightly right.

depends on the road alot. In texas all our roads are banked heavily to the right to help drainage when we get our quick down pours. If yall get an alignment, post up your specs ill let you know if its good or bad and how its going to pull.

You need the castor bolts installed and realigned from ther. It's common when you switch out tires or lower the car apparently in bends especially the e class. Without the bolts it's impossible to realign it at least that's what happened to me as I took the car into w different alignment shops. Once bolts were in and dialed in the car went straight without any pull. My mb tech did it for me.

Mine pulls to the right slightly even with an alignment within the MB specs.

You need the caster bolts from mb. They're aware of this issue and the bolts cost 25 I think and fix the issue. Alignment specs says its straight but pulls to right...the bolts will correct that. A least for me it worked perfectly and I don't have any more pulling issues.
