Why Doesn't MB Paint Match The Roof Antenna?
You would think on a $70k car they would paint the antenna to match the car... it appears they only paint it for Iridium Silver or Black. Why do they not paint match the other colors? :nix:

LoL thank god my car is iridium silver. I noticed that with my friends 2010 white C63 i thought it was only 2010 models...

I never noticed because my car is IS. That is weird why they would paint it for one color only.

I think for the European models, the antenna comes only in black....

IMO so lame on the part of M-B...most all colors in all models would look better with color-matched antennae.

I prefer it black on my car.
Suits well with the dark sunroof, antenna and diffuser. |

The antenna is required more for Satellite radio then anything. Many cars these days build the standard radio antenna's into the rear window (or use the defroster as the antenna).
What I want to know is.. why no HD radio damnit.. its been around for years... |

I didn't like the contrast of the black antenna on a white roof... so I decided to paint the roof black instead of the antenna white... go figure... j/k hahahaha!
