Then it’s probably something to do with one of the wheel speed sensors or a vacuum leak somewhere, strange though you don’t have any codes popping up.

i once had it happen in my 350z back in the day that i pulled the brake pedal back from behind and cruise started to work, the pedal must of been slightly pressed down some how enough to not allow cruise to engage dunno if itll help but worth a try if you havent already didnt have an issue ever again good luck
