Well I wasn't the driver but the C63 was coming up that is for sure.

Most likely the 335 got the jump then. We didn't even get to see the start.

Have had all 3 cars myself. All of them fun. Here are my times when they were stock at the local track (Southwest international raceway Tucson 3100ft).

07 VW GTI 15.2@95 stock @3100ft
07 335i Coupe (Steptronic and sportpackage) 13.6@103 stock @3100ft
C63 AMG 12.9@110.5 with just K&N @3100ft

What was your SN over at the Vortex? Mine is the same as here. I had a similar '07 GTI as yours: APR Stage II using a Techtonics DP, cat back exhaust, and Carbonio intake (useless).

ofcourse! the 63 was coming up from behind... it takes a lot of HP and displacement to do that for sure

I raced a couple heavily modded 335 and that's not the results that turn out. You sure the 335 dint jump bc I beat all of them unless my tires spin but that's don't happen anymore since I have Dr's for daily driving.

this is before i got my headers. 400rw tune and extra pass in the car 200+LB's

if i dint have the pass in the car and had v3 tune not for headers just regular i would of smoked him.

335i are great and fast but no way a header c63 cant beat it !!!

335 got a HUGE jump on the C63

I am going to imagine that a stock C63 vs a stock 335i the C63 would pull BUSES on the BMW. Since there is no actual proper video of stock vs stock yet. Here is a vid of an IS-F vs 335i... This IS-f must have pulled at least 6 cars, again a C63 would probably pull 8.

no way a stock 335 would come even close to a C63

As a previous owner of a tuned 335i (PROcede V3), I can say that stock for stock, a C63 AMG would pull big time on a stock 335i; it would take a tuned 335i to have a close race with a C63 AMG (and could possibly pull on the C63 AMG). However, a tuned C63 AMG should pull on a tuned 335i, especially at the higher speeds. :)

I would bet the C63 didn't hear you yelling "1-2-3" out of the BMW and just punched as soon as he saw the 335 go.
