Another New M3 EATR...
So I've had a few posts on here and recently took delivery of my new C63 (2008 model but new to me) so I thought I would share a few pics with my official introduction.
I just came from owning back to back RS4's (1 red and 1 black which both wore the same license plate) and so far I really like the C63's power, technology, ease in traffic, and did I say power?
The 19's really sold me on the car. I look forward to a couple of mods to really let her shine (carbon here or there, maybe a LSD, and a tune) but so far I like it just the way it is.

Welcome. Just hope you don't encounter any HPF, Gintani, ESS, etc blown E46s and E9x M3s. The tune should be on the top of your list. Isn't Jerry from EC not too far away from you?

Clean car & love the plate... although you might get some bad attention & be careful not to get keyed by an upset M3 owner... hahaha!

congrats on your new ride--+1 on the clean part too
I really like the IR silver and those 19" rims look right on our cars--I wish they were a little lighter though.
Good luck with the BMW fanboys--I hope you don't catch any negative sheet for the plate either

By the way - it has aftermarket air filters and the charcoal filters were removed.
Oh yeah - please fix the AMG on the right side of the trunk... I removed all the emblems in the rear except the Benz Star. As you can see from the AMG - whoever did it, didn't install it correctly. The spacing is off.

Love the car. The tag would make a me worry about inducing vandalism from the masses though.
Regardless, enjoy it. It is so much fun to open up on the road.
And those wheels just rock.

I would be VERY worried about pissing off some young punk with a M3 and getting my car keyed. Just a thought but I would seriously reconsider the plates. A painted car is never the same.... Just looking out for you thats all

I used to have GRM REAP as my license plate.. was bad mojo (2 dead cars with that plate)... now I stick with generic nondescript plate numbers. Congrats on the car

HAHAHAHA..... DUDE, that is my old car... I sold that to Germantown a couple of weeks ago for a fully loaded 2011 GLK350 - even trade for me. I was the only one in MD with those 19s so hope you enjoy the rims. By the way, those tires are brand spanking new so enjoy. The car had regular maintenance and I detailed it myself all the time. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car so hope you enjoy it. The purchase date for me was May 2008. First year only put 4k miles on it. Second year had 6k because I drove it more. Car was never driven in the winter at all because I had a SUV to drive.
By the way - it has aftermarket air filters and the charcoal filters were removed.

Yeah, those guys really jacked up the badges...I actually tried to sorta hide 'em in the pics I posted because I knew I would get **** about it. I like having the badging but I guess I'll have to re-do it myself.
I absolutely love the car and rest assured it's in good hands now too.

You know honestly I never thought about someone vandalizing the car just because of the plate...of course my wife hates it on the C63. She was ok with it on the RS4's but she says this one is too refined for that kind of plate.
We'll see...so far it gets some looks and laughs from people but that's about it. On the RS4 at Cars-n-Coffee events it would get a lot of commentary and lots of pics from people there. Only once did a guy talk a little friendly smack...he had a turbo'd out E46 M3 that he was pretty proud of.
Anyway I hope people see it as just a fun poke at the rival. If not we can always run 'em and see who eats who I suppose.

Enjoy! Tune would be highly recommended with that plate. Nice to know that so many people are on this forum, you never know who will be watching.

Nice to know it was owned by someone who loved it! I could tell by how clean it was that it was babied. Also nice to know about the filters!

Here's a picture below of the rear without the emblems... Looks clean man... i'd do it again.
