TheOtherDodge, check out http://www.southernproductfinishing.com/. We do alot of wheels black and stock a few different kinds. Our prices ususally range from $350-400 depending on the complexity of the wheel, how long it will take to blast, and color. You can give me a call at 281-485-3254 my name is Jared

See that you went with different wheels but if someone else is searching for a Houston place then there is also Rollos off of Richmond not too far outside of 610:

I used them for one of my older Mercedes and what was nice is at the time they had an extra set of factory wheels like mine in stock. So they redid those and I drove down there and we traded wheels after I paid for the refinishing of course. They charged me no more to move my tires from my old wheels to the new ones. The not charging for the tire mounting was one of the selling points because some of the other places I talked to wanted to charge for that. I think the total bill was under $500 but I honestly can't recall what it was.

Well after starting this thread over a year and a half ago, I read Snipes post and decided to check out Rollos since it is about five mins away from my place and this was the outcome
I dealt with Robert, he was nice and gave me a good deal, I got the wheels refinished in Matte black for $500 including mounting and dismounting. Although he was clear they paint them not powdercoat them.
I like them alot and think they look really good, to my surpise they came out better than I was anticipating!
I have 245/40/18 hankook v12s in front and conti DWs 275/35/18 in rear and i think that they match up well together, fills out the wheel well a bit more since I dont have a drop and I like the proportions for front to back sidewall height.
If there is anyone who is still wondering about this I hope this helps! I think it is a good investment!

MBWorld Fanatic!
Why u don't want to drop ur car? A slight H&R drop would make a huge difference. The wheels look good though.

I actually moved not too far from there so might use them more in the future although right now since sold off any of the cars I'd care to do wheel work on.

They look great and glad it worked out. My uncle very recently had all of his Lexus wheels redone there due to a air sealing issue. He was going to do just one wheel, the one with the issue but then they offered to do all 4 at a discount. So the place will deal on their pricing to some extent.

Thanks for the good advice and the compliments man! Yes that is how they got me he gave me a good discount to close out the sale, i think both partys went away happy, there is def some wiggle room with them

looks great! That is an interesting color for wheels too. How much do you think they will charge for satin black finish with tire un-mounting and mounting and balance? just to get a reference before I make the call to them.
