Eurocharged tune

Did anyone have their ECU tuned by EUROCHARGED? If yes what was the end resust? Im looking to tune only the ECU, nothing else. Is there a noticable power jump after only ECU done? Also, would anyone recommend eurocharged?

Yes. Noticeable power jump. Reliable tune. Good company.

use the search function. This has been discussed MANY times.:smash:

There is a very noticeable power difference as well as a deeper exhaust grunt from opening the throttle body more. We also offer FREE retunes if you ever want to mod more or go back to stock.

Here are some details of the tune as well as dyno graphs and videos

Jerry (owner of Eurocharged) is a super nice guy! I had a small issue with a car UNrelated to his business and he came over to my house, on a Sunday, to help me diagnose and fix the problem. He did this at no charge, not knowing me from a stranger, and then wouldn't accept any payment from me for the help. He is stand up, super knowledgeable, and I plan to give him my business when I am ready to do a tune on my C63.

A tune is by far the best bang for the buck on a C63.

+1, there's a definite increase in response and pull according to my butt dyno. And a slight boost to MPG as well, not sure how that happens :nix: Best $750 mod I have ever brought. Eurocharged was a breeze to work with as well.

Noticeable performance improvement and exhaust characteristics despite having the P31 engine. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

They tuned my Gallardo and my c63 .. Both Jerry and mike from eurocharged Canada are great to deal with. My c63 baseline was 340whp and after just tune I dynoed 409whp. Excellent company all around and would use them again if I were to do it again!

Wow, that much off the tune? is this accurate with what others have had with this tune?

(I know this figure will vary slightly)

I need this ECU upgrade, local representative for Eurocharged in South Africa, Devan Francis, has still not got back to me.

This been 7 months now. Very poor, indeed.:bs:

We need a new importer for Eurocharged in South Africa.:topic:

do you have an idea of another quality shop in the area? We can contact them and see if they would like to become dealers..

I will try and contact devan to see what the issue is...

I am another one who was very pleased with the tune. For my car, after the tune it ran .35 tenths quicker in the 1/8 mile posting a best of 8.07 at 90 mph with street tires in sport mode. I'm confident it would run high 7's with some sticky tires. Throttle response is much more aggressive. Great dollar per horsepower value.

i'm probably going to get flamed for this, but how is the gas milege affected by the tune? I literally daily drive this car and a big hit to the MPG of the car will hurt the wallet haha.

most see a 1-2mpg improvement, depending on how much you get into the throttle now!

haha, nice! Sounds like the excuse I need to sell it to my wife! "honey this will pay for itself in no time!" :D

Ontheline 01-30-2012 11:08 AM

Mine gets the same mileage as it did before. Initally my mileage went down but that was because the "fun-factor" went up by 50%. Throttle response is so much quicker than before so it takes awhile to adjust to it.
Uphill freeway onramps are my favorite. With traction control off it will generally break the tires loose through second gear, get sideways and put this silly smile on your face that usually takes a few miles to get rid of.
