Aftermarket wheel sizes
Going to pick up a set of hre wheels once I have the car. What are the most popular sizes? Obviously I'd like to go as wide as possible in the rear to help traction. I'm assuming most do 19" but wondering widths and offsets.

Brother welcome and please try the search option. Also right above you on the same thread is the aftermarket wheel thread:y:D

I'm running HRE P40 in 19x8.5f +40mm offset (245/35/19) & 19x9.5f +50mm offset (275/30/19). The front fits perfect, but there is still room for a 19x9f +50mm offset in my opinion... and the rear could take 19x10 +55mm for maximum traction.
P.S I'm dropped on H&R, if you are not then you have more choice in sizing. |

anyone know who else makes this type of rear flare besides Vath?

Has anyone considered that a LSD might be a better investment to help both traction and handling compared to wider wheels and tires?

Just curious, Roswell, would the tire sizes you are running with your aftermarket setup (very nice, BTW) be a clean fit on my 19" OEM AMG finned wheels as a replacement for the 255/30-19 rear and 235/35-19 front tires I have now? I have a stock P30 suspension setup as well. Thanks!
