Any Canadian's upgrade their older w204 to 2012/13 Led Taillights?

Any of you guys do this? I'm in Toronto and would like to upgrade my taillights to the new 2012/13 led version. Anyone in Toronto do this with proper SAM coding?

Also - does anyone in Canada have a good place to buy the rear tails? Parts.com doesn't seem to ship here.
