I was driving as usual, but suddenly I heard sth came loose, and figured the end of the compartment came loose and hanging over. I tried to push it back up but no success....What should I do, If i send it back to the dealer to fix it, should I tune my car to stock since I have eurocharged tune with it, or they won't even scan the computer since its a obvious hardware problem. Please advise, Thanks!

Let the dealership secure it for u. And don't worry about ur tune, they won't even pop the hood open for this.. Absolutely nothing related to the ECU.
