C63 507 wing mirrors
Hi
Does anyone know how to make the wing mirrors auto fold in when the car is locked? Also how do I make the running lights switch on when I open the car?

In the dashboard menu accessed by the steering wheel buttons there is a menu called 'comfort' or 'convenience' or something like that. If you look at the options in that menu you will see the fold in mirrors option, the drl option, the belt tensioning option etc.

No sh*t!!!!??? I was told that it was not an option and have all the brochures and order forms/guides. I do not see it on any information on our US cars. Are you sure that they weren't folded in by hand? I have all convenience and almost every package on mine and do not have the fold-in button on the door by the mirror controls nor in any of the menus.
Interesting?

So UK and Australia have it, US not? I'm really curious how they come up with these decisions. Is it regulatory, or demand driven, or something else?

I want to know as well!!!!!!!!
I just do not understand the decision to outfit and market the same car these ways. I wanted folding mirrors, but was denied!! If there is the same car out there with the mechanics and accessories to do it, why not? It's not like they are having to develop something new for the car.
I assume it's because of the narrower roads and tighter parking places, but still. That has to be the only reason. But we should still get the option.
Grrrr!

2014 C63 AMG 507 sedan
The US spec has the middle button blank between the side mirrors.
My wife’s old 2009 C300 had the folding mirror option. It was nice to have. Too bad MBUSA got rid of the option.

My 507 has the auto folding mirrors. I assumed it was standard across all C63's.
I can't see any reason as to why they wouldn't have this in the states.
