Better plan to be able to reverse this mod so you can put the resonator back for lease return or you will likely be charged to put the car back to stock configuration by MB Financial.

he means before returning the lease. The resonator delete should not effect anything and warranty should not be voided. to have warranty voided they must prove ur mod directly caused the problem.
My car has secondary cat delete, afe filters, kw suspension, oe tune, wavetrac etc and i still get warranty work done.

To take of the resonators you have to make one cut. So you really can't reverse it to stock without anyone noticing it. The resonators are a flow through design and add no back pressure so there is no performance to be gained. If you want to get some power, without going completely crazy with long tube headers, consider the secondary cat delete pipe which also requires one cut. Since it's down stream of the O2 sensors it won't set off CEL.
