We Canadians are a hardly lot. Now hurry up topgear. We need something to watch while sipping hot maple syrup, huddled in our igloos, playing with our pet polar bears.

Balmy -2C and sunny here this afternoon in NB (30km inland from the Bay of Fundy). Low yesterday was -26C and high was -6C and we have ~ 35cm of snow on the ground from 80 cm that has fallen in the last month. Grin and bear it...LOL.

Despite having some very effective snow tires equipped on my car at the moment (Bridgestone Blizzak LM-32s), I couldn't even back out of my garage if I wanted to. There's a massive snow drift blocking the way.
I'll post up some pictures of the insanity later after the near-blizzard lets up a bit.

I live near Boston and while we got 12+ inches of snow but it was the cold they were more worried about. At one point the "real feel" was -25... not that I cared I wasn't going out there.
I can't imagine having to work outside in that type of weather. It only takes minutes to get frost bite. Funny thing is its supposed to be 45 tomorrow... so over the course of 3 days we go from freezing to "pleasantly warm".
