FS: Black Ceramic Coated PLM Shorty Header
In the next few weeks I will have a PLM header available for anyone interested in them. I had them ceramic coated black (stealth mode ) when I got them. Headers were used for approx. 8 months. No cracks and clean. These are not long tubes but are designed to run with the original oem primary cats so should be a direct replacement for factory headers. The headers provide an in between long tube and stock power band which I liked very much. No removal of primary cat and a re-tune was a plus. +11-20hp depending on who you talk too. There are some threads on this header here so please review those for more accurate figures.
New header plus coating cost me over $1,500 +. Asking for $700 + shipping unless someone wants to pick them up in Bay Area. PM if interested. I would recommend purchasing a new set of gaskets although some have still run their original gasket. Should have them out in a week or so. Thank you

Bump - headers are now out and available for shipping. A little wear on the external ceramic coat but otherwise clean. No cracks. Pm me if interested. Excellent replacement if you don't want to have long tubes.

I am not sure if they do honestly as I've run ipe cat back since installing them. If your running oem exhaust then I think it should flow better but don't know if they will change the sound. If they do probably minimal. You will notice a lot more mid to top range pull with these on. They flow better than stock due to diameter. Someone here I think dynoed them at +11-18hp to the wheel.

just curious who did your header work? I am interested to try these out if the price is too good to resist, but I am thinking labor wise I will lose out if it is too much work, and I decide I find better ones later on. where in the bay area did you get it done and how much did it cost in labor?
