Any ways to know what kind of ECU upgrade I got?

Any ways to know what kind of ECU upgrade I got?
Hey everyone,
I bought a '10 C63 about 2 weeks ago, already modded (H&R spring & Coil overs, decat exhaust & ECU Upgrade).
The car feel much faster than stock. I'd like to know if there is any ways to know who modded the car or how much HP/TQ has been added.

Did you drive a stock C63 already to state it is faster than stock?
As well you have H&R springs or H&R coilovers?
Now unless you have a sticker on the ECU mentioning the tuner the only way to know is to get your car dynoed or read by a tuner. This way you'll probably have your HP and torque values and maybe indication in your ECU file of whom may have modified it.

See if whoever sold you the car will contact the previous owner for you. Tell them you are interested in details of the mods on the car.

I believe it is H&R coilovers… here are some pics.
I tried to ask the dealer about the mods, but they couldn't tell me anything as they bought the car in auction.

Edit: Checked the ECU, no stickers on or around it.
