C63 AMG
are these available?

saw some old PR pics of the C63
at the rear of the rear fender opening is a 'deflector' trim piece
like a very small mud flap or something

did they delete this from a certain MY on?
or on US cars?
is it available from the dealer?

in the Chris Harris farewell to the C63 video he mentions it/a shot of it

thanks

I think you are talking about this http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/371018224346?lpid=82
IMO it is a ROW thing. Us cars did not come with this. But you could see it in Europe, middle east etc...
So it should be available if you know the part number.
Or you can just buy this one from ebay

If you look around ebay they have CF ones also! I've seen some for around 100$. If the cost is too much at your dealer if youre going that route, let me know, i have a good relationship with my parts department!

way too pricey...~$100 per piece, $400 plus painting!
crazy
thanks for the offer, but even with a huge discount still $300 or so

the aftermarket ones are ~$110
a can of pre-mixed oem match paint and a can of clear coat should do it
although the CF ones are tempting

lol you realize this is an AMG MERCEDES? not sure what kind of prices you're expecting but any part less than 100$ is rather cheap.

W204 C63 Coupe, W166 ML350 BlueTEC, 928GT, C5 Z06 & IS300 race cars, EQE 4Matic+ on order
They are really there so that you don't sandblast your rear bumper and fenders if/when you spin the rear wheels on a loose surface. I had them put some 3M clear bra tape there on mine. Works like a charm if stone chip protection is all you're after.

100 EACH X 4
400 for some plastic trim is excessive, especially since it needs painted

These cars aren't Ferrari's lol
The are hotted up pedestrian sedans... The base model is used as a taxi
