HG Motorsports partners Jailbreak tuning recently completed a custom dyno tune for a completely stock W204 C63 AMG and we wanted to share their results. We measured power before and after using our Dyno Dynamics chassis dynamometer which reads lower than the Dynojet numbers most people are familiar with but we feel that this is a more accurate representation of the power a car is making.

This tune translates to well over 500 horsepower at the crank on 91 octane pump gas with perfect, stock-like drivability and smoothness. We chose not to go after more torque below 5,000RPM since the stock C63 already has a tendency to light up its rear tires.
