Brake Calipers Painted!!
They are in the mail and headed my way thanks to Tal @ ACGAutomotive! I understand they are really close to the carbon brakes but I have just been a huge fan of that color so rolled with it.

That's a great color. Mine would have been painted that color by ACG back in Dec. except for the core calipers never being sent to ACG by the customer before me. Congrats...

That is the caliper and no...your brake pads are housed in them. If you want ACG to paint yours contact Tal at ACGAutomotive and ask about their core swap program. That program allows for no car downtime.

It's just painters tape covering the nipple. No worries

that is the brake caliper
not the brake rotor, the brake pad(s) (although they are housed in the brake caliper) or any one of the many other brake system components
all components of the brake system...pretty much screwed without any one of them
