Differences between C63 and C63 Black Series mufflers?

Differences between C63 and C63 Black Series mufflers?
Are there any differences? Weight? Sound? I've been toying with the idea of but C63/C63 Black Series mufflers for my E55 and need some help making a decision. Thanks.

One difference is the BS mufflers do not come with tips attached. The tips on the BS float in the diffuser and not attached to the mufflers.

Other than the tips that Mort already mentioned the rest of the muffler is identical between the two cars. The stock mufflers are awesome no need to change them out. I run stock mufflers on my C63 which is making in the neighborhood of 900hp, if there were gains to be had with other mufflers I would be running them. FYI, Black Series tips will not work unless you are running a Black Series rear bumper.
