Akrapovic - Evolution Titanium Exhaust System - Mercedes-Benz W204 C63 AMG

Stepping up to our Evolution performance exhaust system, there are further gains to be had in terms of power delivery and weight reduction for the C63 AMG. The sound is also deeper and more aggressive. The Evolution exhaust system is notably louder than the Slip-On, but it’s still perfectly suitable for day-to-day driving. The Evolution system is precision-made of our proprietary titanium: we include the mufflers from the Slip-On system and then add a lightweight link pipe assembly that incorporates integrated resonators. The mounting points are the same and the system fits perfectly. Complete the look with a set of four unique tailpipes in titanium. The bezels for these tailpipes are cast at our foundry from an exclusive blend of titanium, as are the collectors for the mufflers.

Cars equipped with Akrapovic exhaust systems benefit from additional performance and increased responsiveness. Significant gains in power and torque are achieved throughout the entire rpm range. All Akrapovic exhaust system measurements are made on our computer-controlled flowbenches.

Awesome system!


Seen / heard a setup in real life and the videos don't do it justice. Infact exhaust videos on youtube don't do any exhaust justice on our cars IMHO.

Have you heard the setup with LTH's?

I actually feel the OEM exhaust with LTH's to sound very un-refined. Too much top end rasp i think.

But I can understand some may like the louder raspier tone.

I prefer a more controlled refined tone. With my secondary cats deleted + Eisenmann race setup, its quite a bit louder then stock. But has a very controlled deep note.

Heres the akropovic exhaust with long tubes...
It sounds alot different than those videos in the first post. It's very quiet in and outside of the car unless you are getting on it.

heres a better idea of the sound from inside and outside the car with this exhaust, mbh long tubes and high flow cats and a supercharger

I got this exhaust and gives a great sound. As mentioned, when you get on it, sounds awesome. Just as good as getting on my supercharged vette, also with the akra on that one too. The quality, fit and sound is on a class above most.

What a waste putting this on a C63, it should be in your lounge room as an art piece!

The workmanship is awesome and the heat colours look fantastic, I would hate hiding it under the car!
