That's it! I had the car graphic/ ipe headers and swapped to those. I went from a 11.9 to a 11.5. I also picked up 2mph (I should say I also changed tunes). The ipe exhaust is ok and extremely loud when open. But some people like that.

How does Sonny keep the noise under control with his custom headers?

I just use sonnys headers, i couldn't afford the complete system at the time. Mine still uses stock rear mufflers and no cats and inside it's perfectly fine.

They are made by Difillipo - if Sonny is not fitting and tuning you are likely better off going direct.

Are you sure that he uses difilippo for the C63? I recall comments about custom fabrication of headers for C63s in one of his youtube videos.

I suspect Darren custom made them for him but made jigs and now offers them to anyone that wants them. Brilliant pricing too - just been in touch with Darren, much cheaper than the other options, yet RNS-11Z ran faster on these ;-)
