I like the Vorsteiner diffuser for the facelift model. I also heard Wheel Boutique has them on special pricing.
Pricey part, but worth it IMO.

the vorsteiner looks nice but is just stupid expensive IMO
You can get vorsteiner knockoffs online if you like the look and dont care about having the real deal.
Tons of people recommend modecarbon and from the pictures they look top notch

Price conscience go for the JL Motoring Piece, it's listed for $559.
You want something guaranteed to fit perfect, have an immaculate clear coat and virtually no defects, go with Mode Carbon or Vorsteiner.
Mode retails for $825
Vorsteiner for $2085
I sell all of them, let me know if you want to place an order.

The mode carbon diffusers look pretty good from the outside but the attach points are not made very well. Had to heavily modify mine to get it to fit to my satisfaction.
Mode carbon actually recommends using silicone rtv to help secure it in place
Being in the aviation industry I have actually had some experience in making carbon fiber parts and the mode carbon diffuser is not made as good as it should be. They just didn't take the time to make sure the tabs and attach points were made to oem specs.

To be honest,
The style of the diffuser makes a huge difference to the rear end. Im not a huge fan of the vorsteiner diffusers. its a matter of modding taste but i prefer the clean lines of normal finned diffuser.
That being said, the team at @Modecarbon have produced a very nice line of product for the C63. The design has class, it looks and feels like its an OEM piece. The proportions fit the rear end of the C63 impeccably.
I only wish they made diffusers for the PFL cars. Perhaps they should release some sort of anniversary edition.

I have personally been through the hoops with diffusers.
I have not seen the RW, Vorsteiner, or JL in person. I have seen eBay, VFR, JBSpeed (quality was good, fins weren't my style), and Mode Carbon.
I would not hesitate to buy another Mode Carbon! The quality is superior to any that I have seen thus far and I have seen many! Spent a lot of time getting this modification right on my car.

Creating a mold and making carbon fiber parts is not that difficult. Making the tabs and other attach points on the back side of the parts is the difficult part of the process.

You will notice that non of the manufacturers of the carbon fiber parts ever post any pictures of the back of their parts that show how they are made.

Reasons why I am hesitant to buy a CF to date...

I am looking into the JLM, Mode, and RW based on appearance. Cannot get into to the Vorsteiner look.
I had a nightmare with ill-fitting CF diffuser on my BMW, and so I have no patience for a diffuser that requires body modification. Are all of these installed without modification or additional adhesive?
