OE Tune Redline
Anyone out there with an OE Tune, please tell me when you put your car in S mode, then say D1 and wind it out until it automatically shifts, at what RPM your car shifts at?
I have OE Tune, and was having a play today, and the car still shifts at the factory redline, and after tune it was supposed to be higher.
Thanks

Why would you want to push the factory redline with a stock valve train and engine? Do you think it was put there for a reason?
Do you think you're making more power past redline because I guarantee you're not.

I was confirming, as im sure Jeremy mentioned that rev cut was increased over factory, to allow that little bit more time for the shift delay we all experience, with our crappy paddle shift.
Thanks for the replies.

I will have a try next weekend.
But Jeremy did say, that when in D1 it will shift higher than stock, and also in manual mode, when approaching the redline, with the higher shift point, it will eliminate that rev cut we all experience, with the delay in shifting from the stick / paddles.
All good, was just wanting to know others experience.
