I bought a '14 c63 amg last week and did the deal so quick on crunched schedule that I didn't get a chance to go over the ins and outs before I left. This is the 2nd car I bought from this dealership in the last year so it's just a matter of going back and going over everything. I remember hearing that with the amg's they expect a real early service before the first A service. Is that necessary and at what mileage is that? I wanna say I hear like 3-500 miles???

The only dealer service I'm aware of that comes before 'A' is if you have a limited slip differential.
They recommend changing dif fluid at 2,000 miles.

Hard to believe on a vehicle like these but yes, LSD is a option.
Should be option code 471 on your window sticker. Roughly $2,000

When I bought mine it had stickers with the break-in method/requirements and had the initial service reminder there (in 5 different languages as well) on the windshield. It cost me like $200 I could have done it myself but timing is everything.

Mine had the same sticker in the upper left of the windshield.

The dealer told me if something happens to the LSD and you never changed the oil, you are at risk not being covered under warranty. Anyway if you think to keep the car for couple years, you should change the oil. I did mine for 2XX CAD.
