Milestone hit......
On my drive from Philly to Indianapolis.. PA Turnpike has 4 awesome long tunnels.. winter or not.. I opened the windows up and gunned it
To the OP, nice work! I too roll the windows down in tunnels, even when it's cold unless my wife complains....then her window stays up
That last road trip was to head to Indy to pickup a bunch of crap I had stored at my hotel since it is winter time and I am not cycling for the time being. 600 mile or so road trip
You know these engines are rock solid when well maintained!
Mine reached 86500 miles before I traded in. But I'm sure i could go 20k more miles easy.

The engine is still rock solid and the power still feels the same as when I got her. Keeping up with maintenance definitely helps!

And I figured that was the tires, thanks. My Escalade as the same sign for tire issues and every time it's parked outside and the temperature drops into -20C and so on the errors start popping up about the tire pressure being low.

These cars have been out a while now with the 2008/9 reaching 7 years and some of them are starting to get up there in mileage. Nice to see people getting that many miles on them and enjoying these great cars to the full.
I drive it like I stole it. I would like to say no issues, but there have been a few. Those were covered under warranty. I'm of course worried about the head bolt issue, but it is what it is. If it happens, I will deal with it.Current issue is Secondary Air Injection related CEL. Pump still works fine, as does both diverter valves. I replaced a few cracked low pressure tubes, the diverter switch which controls the valves. I have run diagnostics, seems to show that my passenger side O2 sensor is a problem (they are meant to fluctuate in voltage, the secondary O2 sensor remains static, so I believe the is the problem). I have 2 replacements (always replace in pairs), but damn if I could not get the damn thing off. I need to find someone with a lift I can use so I can use a breaker bar, I cannot get enough clearance just jacking it up (even tried driving the passenger side onto a curb, then jacking it up to gain an extra 4 inches). PB blaster did not work, I have not tried a blow torch to heat it up yet, don't want to melt the wires on it.
I know the tunnels you speak of very well!
Congrats on the milestone. I hope I never see it as I am a nut when it comes to low-er mileage vehicles and value but good to know it makes it there easily.
I would have been worried sick heading up those mountains with the fear of possible snow to or from! That area gets bad!

That secondary air pump issue seems to be hanging in there for a while. I remember you mentioning it and it was more than 2 months ago if I am not wrong. I hope you'll get sorted.
For sure for any exhaust related job I would recommend a lift for easier access. GL
