They will fit on the front of the C63, it will be nicely flush.
Wont fit the rear if you are thinking of a square set-up.

W204 C63 Coupe, W166 ML350 BlueTEC, 928GT, C5 Z06 & IS300 race cars, EQE 4Matic+ on order
C63 OEM Front: 18x8 (or 19x8) ET45
C63 OEM Rear: 18x9 (or 19x9) ET54
You *could* use them as winters at all four corners if you're not lowered (Merc uses four C63 fronts for this purpose with 235 tires), they would bolt straight on if the hub bore is for a B8 (66.6mm - same as Merc; the B7 used 57.1mm) and will look nice and flush with the fenders at all four corners.
My concern though would be that your fenders would essentially act as snow scrapers for anything that the tires pick up, especially in the rear where they are slighly tucked in. Depending on the snow (soft/wet/icy), you could scrape the fender down to bare metal in the first snow storm since at ET35 you'd be past the plastic protective liner and probably only two or three millimeters away from the fender edge. Plus, with the VMRs being 19s, you'd still struggle to get any grip even with proper snows as you'd have to keep the tire pressures up and your tire contact patch would be too small to provide decent grip in the white stuff. On the C63, the difference in traction with snows between 40 psi cold and 44 psi cold is HUGE, and I'm afraid you'd have to run the latter with 19s if you don't want to bend the rims on the first pothole.
This is all from personal experience - I have the exact same set of wheels as snows on the wife's S5. Yes, they have been bolted on the C63 for testing. They look sexy as hell, but if you're looking for something that will actually grip, you need to step down to 18s (that will clear the brake calipers) and offset-wise move about 10mm inwards. Otherwise you'll both scrape your fenders and may occasionally rub on the rears.

I agree with Diabolis, I would use 18's as snow set.
And 19x8.5 +35 rear might rub, but since Diabolis test fitted them u should be fine.

Actually, it depends on the rubber used. As we all know, some tires run wider than others. It bolted on fine and (barely) cleared the rear fenders with the 235-wide Michelin Pilot Alpins (snows). It would NOT clear one of the rear fenders with the same size Dunlop SP Sport Maxx (summer) tires that were on those same rims before.

Go with a rim with a higher offset if you have a chance. You could pick up a set of OEM Audi 19x8.5 ET43 rims for your winters that are also a direct bolt-on and won't rub, and are probably a fair bit cheaper than the VMRs as well.
And, I just re-read yoru first post... if you are thinking of using Toyo Proxes 4 Plus all-seasons as the winters - don't. You'll get stuck in the first snowfall.
